Really good hotel although not super modern if that’s what you are looking for. It is located close by the station and there are plenty of amenities within a short walk. The hotel is in a quieter area of Tokyo which we appreciated at the end of each day. The gardens are lovely. Would recommend.

Fantastic hotel. We were in the Garden tower and kindly upgraded from deluxe room to suite, which was a phenomenal room! Staff and facilities were first class. Only minor gripe is the reception in the garden tower was closed when we arrived, admittedly quite late at 10pm, so we had to walk quite far to the main hotel with our suitcases. Other than that a superb experience and the gardens are beautiful

Great Hotel with amazing staff.
Amazing hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. I loved having breakfast overlooking the Japanese garden or on the 40th floor overlooking the city.

It was so nice and roomy room. We spend nice time at the hotel. Ammunities are so nice. One thing to be improved is that a fan inside of the bathroom which is always-on makes some noise while sleeping.

It was a bit of a walk to the train station and on the way back it’s uphill. Grounds are beautiful the Japanese gardeners wonderful the restaurant is way overpriced, and the immediately local dining options are limited. The room was very large and comfortable. Check in check out and baggage hold were easy with good service.
