Good location - close to rail network and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room a bit small - but adequate for a short visit. Breakfast was good with western and Japanese options.

There is a coffee table right behind their train miniature model in the lobby and the entire place is dimmed to focus on the model. My husband did not see the coffee table when he looked back and hit his knee really hard against the table. My recommendation would be moving the table a bit further away from the display to avoid any more accidents like his.

We (my partner and 2 young children) enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel which is conveniently located right next to Tokyo Station. On first impressions the room can feel a tiny bit dated but the amazing city view more than makes up for it. The room was well maintained and clean with great food options at Tokyo station, especially the ramen street. You can do all your last minute souvenir shopping at the station which also has Daimaru and Tokyo Hands. It was also one of the few options that could accommodate the 4 of us in one room. I would book this hotel again.

The hotel is neat but small, still fit for long trip with baggages for medium sized room. We booked train view room and bath tub with view which gave the feeling of a stay in the center of Tokyo. Nice view no matter day time or night time.

The location is perfect from airport and Shinkansen. Good for metro as well which is close to Otemachi station. Quiet all the time. Staff are kind and courteous. Hotel guests are mainly travellers and for business, so mostly courteous as well. The train view is nice and some rooms also have train view with good bathtub. Room without train view with older bath tub.
