Our stay at this property was great. We chose this because it was very convenient location to visit the Disney Parks (15 min walk to Hatchobori Station) The area itself is quiet but easy enough to reach anywhere in Tokyo. Room is small but comfortable. Got our towels changed daily which was great. Breakfast could be better but can’t complain. Really loved that there were snacks and drinks throughout the day.

ロボットの前を通る時に挨拶が聞こえればもっといいです

ロボットが受付という新しい経験がどの様なものかという興味から今回の滞在を決めました。余りスタッフとの接触はありませんでしたが、オンラインショッピングの受け取りなどきちんとして頂いて好感度が上がりました。 「荷物を預かっております」などのメッセージが部屋のTV画面に表示されるともっと良かったです。

This hotel was situated in a quiet area in Ginza, very walkable with a Konbini right around the corner. Umbrellas were available for rainy days which came in handy. Our robot staff was a lot of fun to interact with!

One of the nicest small hotels we’ve stayed at - lovely lounge with tea n coffee n biscuits - adequate breakfast included with nice breads n 3 toasters to heat the buns. Cornflakes with frozen fruit n yoghurt - Not far from Shintomochi metro station.

We really enjoyed our stay. The robot ladies on reception were a novelty and we spoke to them every time we went in or out - they never answered us back but it amused us! The room was definitely bigger than we had been led to believe that we would get in Tokyo.

My wife and I REALLY enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff we dealt with were beyond nice and friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was AWESOME!! The tea time and cocktail time was a very fun time to meet other guests and staff.
