I used to recommend this hotel to my friends and family and have been staying in this hotel for the past 10-15 years. I loved this hotel. In 2023 and 2024 I came to this hotel 3 times in a year and usually stays 2-3 weeks at every time. I used to love this hotel for it's cleanliness, friendly staffs, great location, big room. But lately after the pandemic, everything changed. In one of my last 6 stays in 2023 and 2024, I have experienced some bad moment. One time I have to ask the staff to have me moved to other room due to the bad odor in the room I was given after checked in. Another time I was moved to other room for a day and have to move back to the original room due to AC problem. I also noticed lately, the property is getting old and need a make over. The shower was cracked and loose, the hanging rod in the closet was broken, AC not working properly, staffs are not as friendly as before. I'm sad that the hotel that I've been staying for the last 10-15 years is deteriorating. I really hope the management can start repairing and renovating the hotel condition soon. They have to compete with the new hotels surrounding them. If not I think they will start loosing business to the neighboring new hotels.

The perfect location and a great hotel
Great hotel for a long stay when visiting Tokyo. My partner and I started our honeymoon in Tokyo and couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. Room and bathroom were super spacious, clean and well equipped. We felt like at home for the week we were there. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Location was also ideal - so close to Ginza for shopping, great restaurants and convenience stores around, and many public transport lines connecting to anywhere you need to go in the city. I’d definitely stay when I visit Tokyo again.

This was a really lovely hotel with extremely polite staff. The overall hotel is a bit outdated in decor with the likes of the bathroom but it’s fit for purpose. I would definitely stay here again.

8 night stay in tokyo. Great location, hotel is directly linked to Shinbashi station with underground tunnels, which is one stop from Tokyo station. Within 5 minutes walk to 24 hours udon (seto udon nishi) and dumplings restaurants. Took JR and local trains from Shinbashi station. Within 5 minutes walk to Ginza fir shopping. Hotel has gym next door with heated indoor pool. Will definitely stay there again.

A very convenient location, 5min walk from Shimbashi Stn, also direct train from Haneda Airport. Walk to Ginza is also near, plenty of eateries around the area. The room is clean and spacious with full toiletries daily.

Luxury hotel in the heart of Tokyo near Ginza with fabulous transportation connections. The hotel is connected to Shimbashi Metro station via an underground tunnel which takes you from the hotel lobby to the basement and then a straightforward walk ( less than 5 minutes) to the ticket barriers, which was very convenient after a sudden downpour of rain on one of the days during our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Tokyo was the first stop in our multi stop itinerary of travel in Japan and being able to keep some of our luggage in the hotel during the rest of our trip was greatly appreciated too. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We have booked again to stay at the hotel on our final night in Tokyo before flying back to London. We celebrated my birthday during our stay at the hotel and was surprised with a hand written card and two chilled bottles of mini champagne which was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Thank you for making this trip a memorable one.

The lobby of the hotel is very impressive. The staff was fantastic. They couldn't do enough to make you happy to be there. The room was extremely nice. Had all the amenities a person could want and need. The restaurants are very good, though a bit on the upper mid price range. There are a large number restaurants within a couple of blocks of the hotel. A very nice park is a short walk, 10 - 15 minutes. The subway station is about a 2 minute walk from the front door of the hotel. Easy to get to and many helpful people to help get you used to the tram system. Will stay here again, if we get back to Tokyo.

This is my fifth stay here. I love this hotel. It has a unique charm. A lovely calm vibe. It's like an oasis in the middle of the city. I even love watching the trains from the window of my room. really nice staff. Will be back again for sure.

Great location near to JR station, very attentive staff, very comfortable room and beds. The Premier Lounge was well run with sufficient drink options (waiter service) but limited food selections. Free mini bar in room was very well stocked daily. Although there were 3 breakfast options, the western food in the buffet was limited. All up I would definitely stay here again.

Older classy style, well kept, staff very helpful and as always in Japan very polite. Central and eazy to travel around Tokyo from.
