Frequently stay here, close to all the bars and restaurants. While it is a walk to the nearest train/subway station is all pretty flat. Towel service everyday. Cleaning every 3 days or as needed, but mandatory every 3. Customer service is great. Restroom for customers downstairs accessible with room key. Lobby is quite small, so you'd have to excuse your way through sometimes when the unaware foreigners are hanging out in the lobby or blocking the entrances and exit. 24hr area so beware its noisy most of the time, didn't bother me, slept like a baby everytime. Well definitely return.

A significant downgrade from my other hotel in Shinjuku for a similar price. Room is very cramped, very basic amenities, wouldn't stay again. The staff however were delightful, extremely helpful with storing bags, etc. the hotel itself is just very meh

The staff and their service is what makes this property a good place to stay. The hotel has only 1 elevator, which is a known inconvenience to the hotel. The facilities are upkept but has it flaws, considering the average client (tourist) staying there, it is upkept pretty well!

Location is really nice, walking distance to Shinjuku station. But since it is in the Kabukicho are, it’s noisy in midnight, especially if you live in the lower floor. (We stayed at the 3rd floor)

Very great location in terms of transport - Right by the Shinjuku station for inter city travel and right by the bus stop for the hotel. Rooms are not big but you won’t be in there for long as there is so much to do around.

This stay was very comfortable I will stay again if there is available rooms. The is a high end but mid price room with all the amenities. Very nice rooms and views. Great location that is walkable to all kinds of entertainment and food.

Every time we visit Tokyo we stay here as it’s in the heart of the Kabukicho nightlife. The room is small like most Japanese hotel rooms, but it’s convenient, especially since your luggage fits under the bed. The staff is also always exceptional and polite, whether at the front desk or cleaning your room.
