This is the third APA hotel we stayed at during our recent Japan trip. This is by far the most ran down out of them. The hallway and the bathrooms needs a facelift. You can tell it’s an older building. The service remains phenomenal and courteous though.

Overall was nice except only two elevators to serve such many people. I stayed on 3rd floor and need to wait over 3 rounds of elevator to the lobby in the morning peak hour even at 8 am. Also there was only one washer and dryer which definitely not enough

As expected small rooms, what I didn’t expect is not able to open my suitcase freely. Other that than, the room have all amenities you need. The staff is friendly. Very clean hotel. Definitely would recommend it for people who wants to stay in the area

Perfect Last Minute Booking
This was a last minute booking after messing up my flight times. Needless to say, this was perfect. This hotel was nice, clean, the staff was friendly, and it was in a great location. There was another location with a similar name but I figured out which hotel was mine. All in all, this is worth the stay, short or extended.

The only thing wrong with this location is you might have to wait to use elevator for a few extra minutes. Otherwise the place is perfect. I enjoyed my time there very much.

There was a smell issue with the original room I was assigned, and the staff promptly changed my room. I was happy with the new room and enjoyed my stay here. The staff are very helpful and lovely. Thank you!

My family and I often stay at this hotel because we love the hot spring on the top floor, but we’ve noticed that the service has been getting worse over the past two years. This stay, in particular, was disappointing. We stayed for two days, and on the second day, we asked the front desk for a bottle of mineral water since there wasn’t any in the room. We were told they only provide water on the first day, and no matter how many days you stay after that, there will be no more water! The attitude was terrible too! This is ridiculous. I travel all over the world, and this is the first time I’ve heard of such a policy at a proper hotel! Moreover, the hot spring upstairs was barely warm… The price for breakfast has also gone up significantly. We booked a double room but were given only a double bed, and were told there were no other rooms available… I will never come to this hotel again! Extremely disappointed.

I arrived late at night and the staff were helpful in getting me checked in. The process didn’t take long at all. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a 4 min walk to the train station. The hotel is surrounded with restaurants and convenience store as well. The room was a bit small and I really appreciate the new sets of towel every day. I would recommend this hotel is you don’t want to spend too much and still received amazing customer services

My none-smoking room had cigarette smell
I did not enjoy it at all. My room had a cigarette smell from the 1st day I checked in. Of course I booked a none-smoking room. I told the front desk about this and requested for a room change. The front desk told me that my none-smoking room on the 4th floor was just 1 floor below the smoking floor and the cigarette smell was inevitable. And there was no room available for me. So I had to put up with the cigarette smell for 3 nights. The cigarette smell was in the wall and could be smelt in the elevator too. It was very annoying.
