A little small especially what im used to as an American. However the space is incredibly efficient. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location near a Don Quijote and all the electronics and anime shops.
Great hotel, all staff were very firndly and happy to help with any issues. One worry due to veinf in Akihabara is that i would be hearing anime music 24/7 but the building is very noise proof and nice and quiet.
Area around is touristy however that comes with its benefits too such as lots of food locations, easy transport networks and very hospitable to english speakers. I would definitily recommend and would come back again.
Property was in the middle of the main street. There were so much going on with the food and the stores perfect location that’s coming from a person that is from the United States.
Our first time staying at an APA hotel and we were so happy with the customer service, the location and the hotel. Only negative was the very uncomfortable thin pillows. Sadly there were no extra pillows available when we asked at reception. I would advise taking your own, or like we did - an inflatable travel pillow. Other than that, rooms are standard for the area, but did have complimentary shampoo, razor, cotton buds etc.. would definitely stay here again!
It was my first stay in a busy part of Tokyo and I was surprised at how convenient and comfortable I got with the location of this hotel. All the shops are very close by and if you ever need a break you can just walk 3-5 minutes back to the hotel and relax for a bit before heading back out again. For the price and location, I don't think you could beat this place. Would recommend!

Here are some concerns
We ask for more pillows but they were out.
Movies were not free like the other APA hotels
Pros
The rooms were clean
staff was very nice
staff very helpful
Very easy to check in as someone who has very poor japanese (not even close to conversational whatsoever)
Staff was very polite and unintrusive. For the price and location I felt super able to get around with minimal issue. Will definitely be looking at APA for a future visit to Japan
Very cute hotel. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and very cute. The surrounding area has excellent food is very walkable. I highly recommend for people looking for more affordable small hotel rooms.
The staff were very professional and polite. They also explained everything you needed to know about the services provided at the hotel. Great service!
