Nice hotel about 20 minutes walk from the city centre - good choice of restaurants and a handy supermarket nearby. Reception team were very friendly and helpful, as were the staff at breakfast. Our room had accessible layout which wasn’t ideal (shower flooded the floor every time), and we had to have the refrigerator replaced, but we were comfortable otherwise. We would happily stay there again.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the front desk staff Lori and Adelina, who efficiently checked me in and ensured I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. Their professionalism and friendliness set the tone for the entire visit. My room was a sanctuary of comfort and style. The decor was tastefully designed, blending modern aesthetics with classic elements. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious bedding to the well-appointed bathroom. The room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for their impeccable service. The hotel's amenities were second to none. The fitness center was well-equipped and offered a range of exercise options to cater to all fitness levels. Last but certainly not least, the staff at the Hotel deserves special praise.
