One night stay in Thunder Bay. Friendly service, room was perfectly clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Excellent amenities in suite room with couch includes fridge, microwave, kitchen. Big comfy beds. Loved it.

I arrived early. Room wasn't ready. Accommodated with a luggage room and their fridge to keep my food frozen. Wonderful help to assist with internet connection. Excellent shuttle service for an early 5:30 am start!

The room fixtures felt a bit dated. The staff was generally helpful but one incident left us a little unhappy - the front desk didn’t show discretion when we inquired about a shaver, when they responded. Also it would have been great if they were able to loan us an umbrella.

Brilliant hotel large rooms very modern staff excellent and breakfast was well worth the money Also free airport transfer was great when I go back to Canada in 2026 I will definitely be booking in here again
