GREAT VILLA SITUATED IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS. For a up to 10 guests.

DISTRIBUTION: "Bright and renovated Villa with huge capacity and separated floors, perfect for families and closed to the sea side."GREAT VILLA LOCATED IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS. Occupancy up to 10 guests. HOUSE LAYOUT: Villa VISTA MAR, with Mediterranean style, is distributed in two floors: We can access to the ground floor through the pool terrace. Then, we enter through a littl hall that brig us to a spacious living room with sofa, armchair and table for eight people. Right behind, we find an American kitchen, fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. On this floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and private bathroom with shower, and the other one with two single beds and a separate bathroom with an Italian shower. The last bathroom is disable adapted. We can now access to the upper floor from the ouside. On the second floor, similar to the lower floor, also has a big dinning table, sofas and two armchairs, a TV with a small sofa and a separate full equipped kitchen. On this floor there are the three bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, two of them with private bathroom. The last bathroom with a bath, is located right next to the bedrooms.

OUTDOOR AREA: The VISTA MAR villa has several outdoor spaces to enjoy its amazing sea views with Mediterranean breeze. The main terrace has a large table up to 10 guests and an outdoor lounge, ideal to share drinks, with direct access from the living room and is perfect for sharing meals. On the lower terrace, we will find the pool surrounded by sunbeds. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue will delight us with wonderful moments. The garden, with its traditional plants, gives the villa a very sofisticated and natural touch.

LOCATION: VISTA MAR villa is located in a quiet and residential area, with magnificent views, just a few minutes from restaurants, supermarkets and the charming town of Moraira.

Potencia eléctrica muy justa y fallos del Aire acondicionado
En general el alojamiento ha estado bien. La piscina está muy bien, los electrodomésticos bien, cubertería y menaje de hogar muy bien, limpieza de baldas superiores de armarios con suciedad pero el resto bien, planta baja acondicionada para personas con discapacidad (silla de ruedas); barbacoa, pérgola y plancha exterior de gas muy bien. En general es muy adecuado para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Tuvimos los siguiente problemas: 1- La potencia eléctrica contratada no es suficiente para ocho personas que estuvimos, y la vivienda se anuncia para 10 personas. De forma habitual la energía se cortaba porque el contador de electricidad cortaba al superar la potencia contratada. El personal de mantenimiento de la piscina, restringió mucho las horas de funcionamiento del motor de filtrado y limpieza de la piscina; y eso ayudó mucho, pero no lo suficiente. No obstante, la casa dispone de 5 A/C (1 estropeado), lavadora, secadora, 2 placas de vitrocerámica, 2 frigoríficos con congelador, 2 extractores, 2 TV de 32", 2 ventiladores de pie,....y de verdad, la potencia contratada es muy EXCASA para los servicios que oferta y por lo que es contratada y pagada la casa. La solución que nos dio el titular de la casa (Abahana Villas), es abrir la tapa de contadores (es un peligro) y reactivar el contador. El contador se halla fuera de la casa, cruzando una de las calles de la casa. La tapa se halla abierta, y sin seguridad, y los niños pequeños pueden acceder fácilmente pudiendo sufrir un accidente mortal. Dispongo fotografías de ello. 2- Varias veces tuvimos que avisar a "Abahana Villas" para indicarles que el A/C de una de las habitaciones de abajo no funcionaba. Vinieron dos veces, el problema no se solucionó. Es decir, en vez de 5 A/C, una por habitación, se dispusieron 4, y realmente en la zona si hace falta aire acondicionado. 3. La casa dispone de conexión fibra óptica de internet, con velocidad contratada de 100 Mbps full duplex. El router se halla en la planta de arriba, y la señal wifi solo se dispone arriba. No alcanza la señal WIFI a la piscina. Pusimos un repetidor wifi que llevamos de casa y así pudimos obtener un poquito de señal, pero siempre empleando cables alargadores de energía para ello. Las personas alojadas en la planta baja, tampoco disponen de señal wifi suficiente. 4. La TV de la planta baja no sintoniza canales TDT españoles, solo los provenientes vía satélite. Pese a los problemas, fue una estancia genial.
