The Mountain Lodge offers stunning views at every turn and enough amenities, services and and charm to have you well taken care of when you're off the mountain! This two-bedroom / two-bath suite features 950 sq/ft of warm design, a personal patio, a cozy fireplace, three flat screen TV's, a full kitchen with new appliances, new wood floors, ample storage space and a full rotation of resort-style services! We stock our unit with premium coffees, teas, snacks, sparkling waters AND your first round for Happy Hour! The NEW Village Market is steps away from your front door and grocery delivery is available. Our guests are also invited to enjoy après ski cocktails (with crazy dramatic mountain views!) at The View Bar & Grill. This gourmet gastro-pub serves up creative cuisine, craft beers and cocktails and is a stones throw from your private deck entrance. After a day of mountain adventures, soak and swim in the stunning outdoor pool and hot tub deck surrounded by the jagged San Juan peaks! Recharge in the fitness center, detox in the steam room or lounge next to the massive stone fireplace next to the bar.

Our unit is priced SIGNIFICANTLY below published rates for Mountain Lodge because we manage this unit ourselves. Our guests have complete access to ALL of the resorts amenities! Valet parking is available on the resort grounds for a $35/day fee that can be paid at checkout. Other parking options are also available throughout the Mountain Village area. Excellent basecamp for mountain adventures!
Wonderful stay at the Mountain Lodge property. The unit is well maintained, stocked with the right essentials, very clean and fresh. Exactly what we wanted for our short vacation to climb the nearby 14ers. Enjoyed the welcome gift of beverages and snacks! Great location within the Mountain Lodge property with convenient access to the gondola and the nearby market for last minute groceries. Will book this unit again when we return to Telluride!

We had a few minor issues during our stay and they were addressed by HK and Maintenance. There is a $35 per night parking fee that you should be aware of. Location is great for ski in/out.

Beautiful, convenient condo
Overall the condo was a great place to stay for our Christmas vacation. Room for our 3 kids between the second bedroom and pull out couch, with nice privacy in the master for my husband and I. The kitchen and dining space were a little tight and not quite stocked enough for a family of 5 who cooks all of their meals in, so I would recommend more for 4 people or a family that plans to eat out often. We did have to buy a couple of pans, and wash plates and utensils after every single meal because there weren’t enough to get us through more than 1 1/2 meals. We appreciated the drinks and snacks that were provided… but I had to hide the giant jar of starbursts from my kids! Haha. The check in and check out were a breeze. Note there is a $35/day valet fee, but that was easy too and they kindly helped us unloaded everything (even our groceries!) and get them to our condo the first night. Laundry is shared and on the main floor. It’s $2.25 for wash and $2 for dry, plus $1 per single use detergent pack (quarters only), but you can use a reloadable credit system that makes it easier. There is also a ski locker on the first floor, and you are a short *maybe* 50 yard walk down a small hill from ski in/out access to Lifts 1/10. This was perfect for our young skiers. Thanks to Luke for an easy booking process answering my pre-vacation questions, and getting us plenty of arrival/stay/departure info a few days before we arrived. Overall would definitely recommend!

Always love telluride and mountain village
We have stayed at mountain village before and loved it. This unit was great and we liked the floor plan better than the last one we rented here. There was unfortunately construction and new roofs getting put on all the buildings but we understood it was an update that was needed. The management of this unit were apologetic and took care of us. We love mountain village and and this unit and will definitely return.

Amazing location and excellent customer service
Our entire stay was wonderful. From the minute we checked in, the front desk and concierge were so helpful, kind and accommodating. They answered questions and were so knowledgeable about the area, which was great since it was our first time visiting Telluride. Whenever I did reach out to Luke, he was very responsive and also so helpful! You can’t beat the location, it was perfect for our family, and we will definitely be back!

Small apartment in a great location
We found the apartment to be smaller than what we thought from the photos however it was still fine. We were told only after we paid that the cable cars would be out during our stay and that the hotel services would be closed down also. We were though given a special rate which I assume was to compensate us for those things. Luke provides very good information about the area. For the price, at normal rack rates, I found the maintenance to be below par for those prices approaching $600 per night. I will list some here in the hopes it is taken positively and opens the eyes of management to the services they may not be getting fully. In no particular order: The microwave oven vent is installed improperly... there is a vent to the roof but, the microwave did not have the motor pulled and realigned to the rear removing the vent knockout, thus it vents directly into the apartment. Cooking with gas produces carbon monoxide, other gasses and 70% moisture. I cooked potatoes for a few hours and had to open the doors for air. The master B/R door rubs making loud noises when opened or closed, The bathtub spout are an old type that restricts water flow making really loud noises. It is easy to screw on newer larger spouts, even in brass finish and they make almost no noise. The master tub soap dish is very loose and corroded and needs to be fastened and replaced. There is mold in both bathrooms around the tub to tile joint, especially at the master tub. Replace the caulking. Change the shower heads to more luxurious ones given the rack rate... easy fix. The description of location of the gas fireplace switch is wrong, I spent several minutes looking behind the TVs for the switch. It is on the wall to the right of the master B/R window. The window and exterior door blinds are coated with probably a years worth of dust, I found out as I opened them to look out and sneezed.. then ran a finger and piled up the dust. One TV control did not work so we shared the others, My key card worked when we arrived, then didn't work, then worked... I have no idea why as I have extensive experience using key cards even in my own rentals. Ideally replace the non stick frying pan every year. You need cutting boards for the kitchen. You need a folding luggage rack for the second bedroom closet. There are a lot of 'dings' in the bottom of the master tub. I have no idea how they got there but they are unsightly. Even appliance repair paint might make them fade somewhat. Theres more

Wonderful condo - great location, family friendly.
This VRBO exceeded all of my expectations! 4 adults, 2 kids - plenty of space. The condo itself is so well taken care of and clean, welcoming and comfortable! Would absolutely rent again and encourage others to as well. A short walk to the gondola, a nice quiet retreat from a busy/but very fun Telluride.

This property worked out well for our group of five for several days. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and lunch spot at the lodge main building also. Lodge staff was very helpful in storing our bags for a few hours after checkout.

We had a great night! The location was perfect for our family to walk up to the free Gondola (5 minute walk.) Everything was as described and the Luke was great at communicating with us about check in and our stay in general. This is a must see location!

Clean, Efficient, Well-Stocked Condo
Luke was a delight and a good communicator, answering me quickly every time I had a question. The condo was just as described, well stocked and clean. Parking was a nightmare but that was not Luke’s fault, it was the lodge management; however, we managed to find a parking spot every time. It’s a picture-perfect location and his list of local favorites was a big help in choosing restaurants and local stores like wine and groceries. Check-in was a breeze. Thank you, Luke!
