We had a great time at Mamora Bay! The location is perfect : easily accessible and well located within the medina. The staff is amazing : very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Our room (Family room) was comfortable and clean. The wifi was a bit weak within the room, but good in the corridor. Our room was on the third floor, which is a bit noisy as it was next to the restaurant. All in all, we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy Tanger a bit more! Definitely recommend 10/10!

Amazing experience. Beautiful city, friendly locals, wonderful food. The hotel is located in the old city facing the marina. Easy and convenient access to historical site, the soil or as they call the kasbah. Friendly staff. Especially Tariq, Abdul Aziz and Esmail. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

Really kind and helpful staff. Room has everything we needed and a bidet in the bathroom that was nice :) breakfast was nice and there’s tea in the lobby for you to enjoy. AC in room. Great location close to Kasbah and walkable to the water. Beachfront is walkable but takes a bit longer maybe 10-15 mins

Just located in between Madina and port , best location . Not easy to find if it is your first time in Morocco . Our flight was delayed and arrived in midnight . the reception staff is very friendly and help us ordered shuttle service and asked a helper picked up us in the road which make our trip is much smoothly and easier. We appreciate their help and all suggestions . The breakfast area on third floor , you can enjoy breakfast and same time enjoy the beautiful view .

The hotel was very gorgeous inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged our transportation from the Tangier Med Port which is 1 hr away. We arrived after midnight and they were still waiting for us with greetings. Breakfast was very good and included with the price.

Hôtel très bien placé à l'entrée de la Medina côté Port. Hôtel avec un certain charme et rénové récemment. La salle de restauration a une vue magnifique. Bref je recommande car le personnel est très serviable!

Great place to stay in Tangier, right in the heart of everything. Will stay here again when we return. Hotel staff is very friendly - Tarek (English-speaking) and Ismael (Spanish-speaking) at the front desk were especially helpful. The breakfast is outstanding-varied, tasty, and filling in an area with a great view. The kitchen staff is likewise very friendly. Unless you are familiar with Tangier, book a taxi through the hotel for 25euro, as taxis cannot go all the way to the hotel door and the hotel will send someone to meet you and walk up with your bags. They will welcome you with some tea during check-in. You do need to be aware that there is not an elevator, if you have any mobility issues. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a quadruple room (two adults and two teenagers). Space is good, but only one bathroom. A couple of minor issues with the shower were instantly resolved by staff. The hotel has a nice, classy atmosphere dating back to its earlier years and was appropriately priced. The staff helped arrange drivers for us to tour the places we wanted to go, and the process was seamless. The price was agreed upon in advance and there were no issues. On our last day we arranged for the driver to take us to Tetuon with our bags and then at the end were dropped off at the airport- far more convenient than returning to the hotel. In sum, very highly recommend.

There were no elevators in the room and carrying the luggage up was hard The bed and the pillows were really hard The shower had no pressure and the bathroom was small The breakfast was just okay! The people were nice the only good thing about the hotel.
