Dear Esa,Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and takingthe time to share it.Our hotel has a car parking and if it is full we provide covered and guarded parking right in front of the hotel for the same price as the hotel. We are sorry that the pillows were not comfortable for you, but our hotel provides options for other pillows if the ones in the room are not suitable. We are sorry that your room was cold. All our air conditioners work properly, for help with the air conditioner you should contact the reception. Unfortunately, in the summer season there can be a really long queue for breakfast, so in the summer we provide breakfast for a longer time than usual.
