We have stayed here multiple times and enjoy the atmosphere and the area very much. However, it is very difficult to book laundry room as there's only one machine .

It’s located quite near ximending and have covenience stores downstairs, but I’ll never stay in this hotel again. Super duper cold during winter and aircon not adjusting to the temperature we set. Literally freezing at night. Was given mini portable heater instead that will “heat up” the person nearest to it but the others will still be cold. My children kept waking up with a flu throughout the nights and the staff said there’s nothing else they could do. Requested for more heaters but they say other rooms need as well lol means all their rooms are not prepared for winter period. Imagine being cold outside and still cold in the hotel. By the way I booked the “VIP suite”. Totally not of VIP standard. Not worth the price, could have stayed at a much better place. Room is super small for VIP when it’s supposed to be for family, and it looks totally different from the images on their booking website. Daily cleaning only clear rubbish and change towel. Imagine if you stay for a longer period. The toilet… the bed sheets… I found hair on their bedsheet too when I first check in. Service was below average as well. The staff look like they don’t want to be there and don’t want you to talk to them. Only perk is really the gaming area and free snacks at the lobby. I would rather have a decent room to stay instead. There’s many items they don’t provide as well, even basic items like hand soap and I had to buy myself. Will not recommend.

The location is fantastic, conveniently close to both bus and train stations. While the room is somewhat small, it is still quite decent. However, the sound of water moving through the drain was noticeable.

My stay at Roaders Zhonghua had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the hotel's location was fantastic—just a short walk to Ximending, which made exploring the area a breeze. The complimentary beverages and snacks in the lobby were a thoughtful touch, and the games provided for kids were a hit with my little one. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service; the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. However, there were a few drawbacks. The room was quite small, leaving little space to move around after placing our luggage, which made it feel cramped. Additionally, the carpet didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned, giving off an unkempt impression despite daily housekeeping. Overall, while there were some areas for improvement, the hotel’s location, amenities, and service made the stay enjoyable.

I had a good week's stay at this hotel, but having stayed in a few other hotels in the area, I cannot rate it as good value. I stayed at an exec suite, which gives you a larger space, windows and a nice standing bathtub but there were still several things missing for a hotel charging as much for a room. Room service/cleaning needs to be requested at least a day in advance, which, for someone with unpredictable areas for me meant I didn't get my room done in a week. You can, however, bring towels to exchange at reception, which was a lifesaver. No toiletries are provided, but there is shampoo, etc, in the shower, which was still inconvenient for washing my hands as it's behind a glass door and hard to reach. There was a fridge but no safe(!) and a small desk and TV. There is a fairly empty area where I'd suggest a small sofa or armchair should be fit given the room rate. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. You do get some free snacks but given the cost I'd say this isn't something important, and you're next door to a Family Mart open 24/7 anyway. The staff at this hotel were always very helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay with a good location too. Free community area with snacks 24 hrs which is a nice feature. Was unable to secure an Iron on one occasion but got it on another. Toiletries are also not included save for soaps in the shower and toilet paper.
