Excellent service and super friendly staff. My father is not very mobile when exiting from a taxi and the attendants immediately approached him and help him out. The room was spotlessly clean. No noises from outside and hallway. Staff is always ready to help out and serve customers. We will stay same hotel next time in Taipei

Very clean and cozy hotel just beside an entry to metro station and bus stop right in front. Access to you bike nearby too. Onsen on the top floor is a luxury to have in the city of Taipei.

Enjoyed the public bath tremendously, so refreshing after a long walking. The hotel smells clean. The room also is clean and comfortable. The room temperature is perfect. One thing I felt unfortunate is that the transparency of the shower room and the toilet, plus the curtain divider feels very tacky.
