Floodlight in window and foodservice shutdown
Flood lights just outside the window, at dusk it suddenly lit up the room. Maybe 20 feet from window to light. "Breakfast" was a paper bag of Costco snacks: granola bar, juice box, whole apple, and a mini muffin. Food service shut down by health department December of 2023. Was told it was "under renovation". Domestic incident in hall, when i tryed to call the front desk from the in room phone it didnt connect. When called from cell phone, no answer. Had to wait for them to go into a room before I could go downstairs and notify the front desk.

Quick Trip to visit JBLM resident
We came in for a quick weekend to visit our son who is stationed at JBLM. The room was pretty disappointing - the first time I went to use the bathroom, my foot came completely out of my sandal because it stuck to the floor! The entire downstairs was under renovation, so there were no services; the only cool thing about that was we got to sit in an area by ourselves and play cards. The hotel was in a poor area, a lot of bums around and it was graduation time, so a TON of traffic. It was close enough to other nice towns, so we traveled away to eat food.

This property was not what was advertised. We booked two nights but only stayed one. There was not a full breakfast. They handed you a sack. Room was next to a utility room where people were talking. Carpet was stained and sticky. I expressed my concerns and staff were not concerned.

As a female solo traveler, I felt safe in this establishment. However, even though the room was cleaned, I found random hairs on the comforter and the shower did not have a shower curtain

Broken AC unit and wall panel was unscrewed causing a hazard. When I asked the front desk if they were aware of the condition of the bedroom the person got defensive and rude. There were no toiletries either.

The toilets are way to short in our room310 the faucet was hard to turn on water felt like we were going to break it . Beds are like bricks may want to consider nicer mattresses.

Had to have to toilet fixed the first day, didn’t flush. The shower/tub literally took 3 hours to drain after a shower. Non of the sockets would hold a plug. Food leftovers from previous stays.

Not what it used to be
Haven’t stayed here in a couple years. Noticeable differences was that breakfast is now served in a brown bag of unhealthy food and there’s no more EV charging available. Hopefully, they’re able to bring those back when they remodel.

Great location by Tacoma Dome, but drawbacks
Parking is underneath the hotel in a locked garage, but it’s just a difficult to get in and out of the garage since the magnetic card works from the left lane of the driveway. The breakfast is a microwave sandwich that you take back to your room to microwave. The floor in the bathroom was raised, but the toilet was not so it was surprisingly low when you sat down!
