Check in seemed to take a little longer than anticipated, but the hotel and amenities were great. An awesome little touch was also the complimentary mini bar. A great addition and consideration when we are paying so much. Happy to stay here again. High recommendation.

Beautiful hotel and place to stay had a great time. Only issue (which is not hotel related) is we really had was there isn’t much open on Sunday’s for dining unless you’re in the shopping mall which was packed due to Black Friday.

Excellent home base in CBD. Beautiful old hotel with very modern rooms. Great shower and amenities. Staff was so helpful and kind. Free mini fridge restocked daily with juices, waters (still and sparkling), cream, sodas! Coffee making is either with instant coffee or with a plunge pot, which was perfect. Making hotel life very easy! Another thing that I absolutely loved was the amount of lighting that was available to each room. There were overhead lights, bed lights, bathroom lights, Mini fridge, light, etc. my niece is joined me after a day and the hotel had no trouble bending to the need for more towels and drinks. I would highly Recommend this hotel. It is so close to shopping that I was able to do all the shopping areas as well as have several lovely lunches.

Love staying at The Grace. Felt that check-in /check-out was a bit clunky this time and took longer than usual. Perhaps staff need some additional training. Large group checking in as we left treating desk staff as an information desk which really slowed things down.
