We always love staying at the Fullerton. It's a great location - near light rail and train. The Bar is a great place to relax at any time of the day or night, the Place does the best breakfast buffet and great value lunch. Staff are always accommodating and the rooms are just devine.

Double charged by reception on checkin. Booking had been already paid months in advance but charged my card again and for a higher rate than I had already paid. Only discovered from checking my credit card statement. Have stayed here multiple times, but feel something has changed. Hotel is still lovely, but the buffet breakfast is not as good as previous stays, less options, lower quality. Prob would not stay here again nor recommend.

The hotel is really well located in the Sydney CBD with Close to Pitt Street Mall, various transport options including the light rail and Metro and it’s only a short walk to circular Quay. The hotel itself is within a beautiful old building and is in very good condition. Note there is no pool.

I really loved my stay at the Fullerton hotel Sydney, from the grand nature of the hotel itself and its old structure and classic charm … to the best bath tub ! Beautiful views , free room upgrade and excellently polite staff , as well very delicious food. Very very very happy with my stay ! I will definitely be returning ! 💝 ♥️

The hotel is an iconic building in central Sydney and is alive with character of yesteryear. We were accommodated in the Heritage section of the hotel which was amazing. The room was spacious and grand with a very comfortable bed and large fluffy towels in the bathroom. We would definitely recommend any person to stay at the Fullerton.

I arrived on Thu 2 Jan and there were 2 staff members manning the front desk. One was involved in a very lengthy exchange with an in-house guest and the other busy checking in arriving guests. There was a queue and I asked a staff member that came from the back of the house office if there was any chance of more staff being engaged. I am elderly and standing for long periods is difficult. The gentleman I spoke to asked me to take a seat and the staff would call me when it was my turn. I then waited and finally noticed there was one person left in the queue - just finishing. As I approached someone jumped in front of me so it appears either the staff were not informed I was to be called at my turn or they just forgot. When I was finally served I was informed that because I had waited so patiently I was going to be offered an 'upgrade' to the Heritage rooms with high ceilings and views. My room turned out to be almost right at the end on the right hand side. I had difficulty turning the knob with my arthritic fingers and it was some time before I gained access. I was then met with a blast of freezing air. I returned to the front desk and requested to be moved somewhere near the lifts as I would find the long walk painful and difficult, could not open the door and would be unable to stay warm with the freezing air - I guess this was due to the high ceilings. I was then reassigned a room on level 8 but to my disappointment it was an accessible room. I'm only 5' tal
