Could be fabulous - not quite there.
This property is in a great location, a few minutes' walk from Edgecliff shopping and transport hub, is elevated and has wide views of area and harbour, including the bridge.Access was a little tricky because the lockbox is located inside a space intended for letters only and it is not easy to get your hand in there to input the passcode. The two bedroom two bathroom arrangement is very good. Beds are very comfortable and there is ample storage and hanging space. The bathrooms, however, have nowhere to hang a travel bag or place your toothbrush, cosmetics, bathroom products etc. These have to go in the mirrored cupboard which means you have to have the doors open to access and lose the use of the mirror.Bathrooms are immaculate and fully tiled with high end plumbing ware. Unfortunately the water pressure is insufficient to do justice to the beautiful rain shower. At times the water temperature fluctuations make using the shower a very unpleasant experience. The towels provided are good in size, poor in quality. They should be white and fluffy. Nothing fabulous about once-white towelling that has turned grey and well past its use by date.A place of this quality which charges 5 star hotel prices should provide better quality towels and linen. The kitchen fittings are modern and clean. No coffee plunger. The provided filter chine was dirty with mould. Outside seating grubby cigarette butts just swept into a corner.Level of cleaning sub par for an otherwise great place.
