The hotel is excellent is you have an early flight as it is a few minutes walk from the airport departure area. The staff on reception are ill informed. For example, I was told that there was no kettle in the room to make up a bottle for the baby - we would have too get hot water from the bar (who refused to supply unless we bought drinks!). There was however a kettle in the bottom drawer in the room, so this was unecessarily complicated. They charged me 30 dollars extra for a cot also!
