Great location with clean room and near transport. No bath towels on arrival and only given one that night as there were no clean towels in the hotel apparently. Bar and restaurant could have stayed open later at night with only one staff member trying to manage both. I planned to dine at the restaurant but was told I needed to pre-book which wasn't explained earlier so I went to a local pub instead. Overall, a great experience though and would definitely stay again.

Good from far, far from good.
Had been told it was recently renovated and good for conferees but unsure I'd want clients staying there. Shortcuts for check-in/check-out, minimal staff made for poor first time experience.. no in room telephone so not so straightforward way of contacting room service. In room dining (cheese burger) probably worst in room dining meal ever. Overall a disappointment.

We purchased a double king room in the description it noted it had 2 bedrooms and a balcony upon arrival we were given a one bedroom no balcony room which they stated was a king double room however room description when purchased states otherwise the staff were lovely but said it must be a glitch on the Wotif site

The only complaint was the massive pillows. Impossible to sleep on. If they were half the depth that would be much better. They were about 25cm thick!

A kichen panel kept falling off, the towels were threadbare, only instant coffee, aircon didn't work so rooms were like a sauna, rude staff who just referred us to complete our check in online. We stay at many hotels. I have paid less for a lot better - very dissapointing. We will not be staying again.
