Staff were very helpful and friendly. Shortly after arriving we noticed that there was a problem in our unit with the exhaust fan not working in the bathroom. Staff took this seriously and moved us to another unit with the minimum of fuss.

Great location but the property is in desperate need of an update and repairs. The gym equipment was broken borderline dangerous, fridge handle was missing and overall the rooms are outdated.

Best location close to everything, nice view from balcony, you can see Oprah house and Sydney Harbour. We had early check in, that was very nice,big clean room, very comfortable king bed, friendly staff. We will be back again.

Bit dated but amazing location
Amazing location. Just a hop step and jump to the rocks. Hotel needs a little lovin. Carpets in room were disgusting, and bed not the comfiest but good size room and everything u need in it.
