Nice enough, parts of the property are in a bit of disrepair, nothing major. Incredibly comfortable bed, a bit of noise from the night club or bar downstairs into the wee hours.

Room was clean, bed & pillows very comfortable. Room was double (small but manageable )Shower hot n good Great location easy to walk to station city an 15 minute stroll down hill. The hotel supplied umbrella for the rain. Front staff friendly and helpful. Cafe next door good coffee n food. Happy to recommend and to stay there again.

Everything was clean and nice. Convenient to get around sydney from the hotel. On Saturday night when we stayed my parent's were on L1 and there was loud music in a bar that kept them awake till 4am. If you stay here and like sleep request L2.
