On entering the room allocated to me on the 6th floor it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was dirty and there was rubbish everywhere. I went back to reception and was given another room on the 4th floor. A far better room. The staff were helpful

I MISSED NOT HAVING ANY CHAIR IN MY ROOM. HOTEL SHOULD CONSIDER USING SHOWER CURTAINS OR TO RAISE THE "WALL" WHICH IS JUST A "METAL STRIP" ALONG FLOOR OF SHOWER. CURRENT DESIGN MEANS THAT THE BATHROOM FLOOR IS VERY WET / COVERED IN WATER AFTER USING THE SHOWER. ALSO, THE SHOWER FLOOR IS SLIPPERY WHEN WET AND OCCUPENTS COULD SLIP AND HURT THEMSELVES.
