I booked this place mainly because it includes free parking, which was a great bonus. The basement parking is a bit tight, so I had to be extra careful when parking next to larger cars. Initially, I planned to park and walk to the train station, but on the day I stayed, there were issues with the trains. I ended up taking the bus instead, which was a bit inconvenient since I’m not very familiar with Sydney’s bus system. However, getting back to the hotel by bus was surprisingly easy and convenient. Overall, the location and amenities worked well for my trip, but navigating public transport during disruptions added a small challenge.

A high standard of customer service resonates through all the staff I met. My trip was only a short stay for business so I had but one meal at the in house restaurant. Which I found to be delicious. When I need the return to Sydney next I will be staying with Urban again. Double thumbs up from this customer. 👍👍

I stayed here for a night after arriving a day earlier than planned. It is away from the City center so the price was a lot more affordable. Not much to see or do in the immediate area but wouldbe good if you are working close by. The room was large and comfortable, with a balcony. Staff were friendly.

My daughter stayed in the hotel for about a week. I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The rooms are lovely, the location is excellent, but my biggest praise is reserved for the staff. Angie and all the others were just exceptional, and were extremely kind and caring towards my daughter.
