When we checked in we were given the keys to someone elses room - with all their luggage and personal effects. That wouldnt have been a big deal except we were travelling with my children who spent the next two nights in our bed worried about people accessing our room while they were asleep. Completely spoiled our weekend.

The staff, location and cleanliness were fantastic. I was travelling with my two children and was unable to secure parking at the property as it is limited. We ended up having to park five blocks away. The adjacent council car park was free from 10pm however it was not safe for me to walk at night to move my car. The only other issue was the noise until early hours of the morning coming from the Coogee Pavilion.

Great location. Quiet, very clean and comfortable but no toaster or coffee maker or tea towel or shower vent. We stayed on the 6th floor which required walking the length of the building plus up a flight of stairs as there is no lift between level 5 and 6. This was disappointing.
