This charming former Fisherman’s cottage dates back to the 1850s, but today it offers good self catering accommodation in the heart of old Mumbles. Accommodation is over two floors with three comfortable bedrooms sleeping five guests. Little House is in a quiet location but just a short stroll down to the beach, shops, cafes and galleries. The best both worlds… Mumbles is a delightful coastal village, home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsula and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.

Living room: 2 sofas, woodburner, flatscreen TV. Table and 4 chairs. Kitchen: gas oven and hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Shower room: glass wash hand basin and large shower cubicle. Cloakroom: WC and wash hand basin.
First Floor Master bedroom: double bed and hanging rail. Bedroom 2: single bed. Bedroom 3: single bed. Bathroom: bath, WC and wash hand basin.
Entertainment: TV. Outside: small sitting area to the front of the property. Parking: on road restricted parking (2 minute walk).
General: changeover day - Saturday. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. 3 star rating. Pets: Welcome 1. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
