Villa Boccordi is a fairly large 19th century property refitted with contemporary building standards giving it a modern feel. It is suitable for all seasons as it has both heating and air conditioning. This spacious house has a comfortable living room, a kitchen and a dining room, and – believe it or not – 9 bedrooms! So, it can accommodate 20 individuals providing the comfort of a hotel but placed in a quiet area and surrounded by calming nature in a mid-Istrian village. Regarding the outdoor area, there is a garden with suitable furniture, a barbecue, a pool with deck chairs and also kids play area. There are also 7 parking places at your disposal. The highlights of Villa Boccordi are the old well, wooden ceiling beams, traditional natural tones of the exterior and the interior and they also are the details that make the difference.

Ein tolles Anwesen in einem ruhigen kleinen Dorf.
Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen und 9 Kindern in dieser tollen Villa während der 2 Pfingstwoche zu Gast. Das Anwesen ist geschmackvoll, sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist neuwertig und gut durchdacht. Unser herzlicher Dank geht an Toni, der uns wärmstens mit einem Aperitiv willkommen hieß. Wir verbrachten eine atemberaubende Zeit in der Villa, in dem der tolle Pool und die überdachte Grillecke hervorzuheben sind. Dort spielte sich das Leben ab. Die Kinder liebten es. Die zwei Küchen waren auch perfekt eigerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Tatsache, dass man sich auch mal in sein Zimmer zurückziehen kann, um ein wenig Ruhe zu genießen, da jedes Zimmer auch über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Wir danken dem Vermieter für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa,auch den kindern hat es super gefallen, jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer.die villa ist sehr geräumig. Der Aussenbereich mit integrierten Gasgrill lädt zum Kochen, essen und Trinken ein. Der Pool ist super,und hat die richtige Größe.
