Room not well maintained and dirty. Staff are unfriendly especially front desk who were unable to find our booking. Room also noisy from wind hussling.
Staf sangat ramah dan sigap menolong. Saya mendapat 2 kamar dengan masalah di air. Teknisi segera datang dan memperbaiki. Ketika perbaikan tidak berhasil kami mendapat kamar pengganti. Di kamar pengganti kualitas air sangat baik termasuk air panasnya.
Rasa makanan saat sarapan sebaiknya diperbaiki.
Seharusnya kesalahan pasang peta petunjuk tidak terjadi pada hotel.com. Situs pencarian hotel international yang cukup besar dan sudah saya percaya. Saya sebagai tamu dari luar kota tentu tidak paham alamat keberadaan hotel dan saya kira peta yang diberikan bisa dipercaya sebagai pedoman perjalanan menuju hotel. Seperti saat mencari hotel di singapore melalui hotel.com, tentu yang pertama kami lihat adalah peta petunjuk lokasi hotel, karena kami tidak mengenal jalan2 di singapore..
