This newly renovated and refurbished spacious 2 bedroom apartment is set high on the hill above the waters of Happy Valley. Providing uninterrupted panoramic views of the ocean and Bribie Island, this property has everything you need to make this a memorable holiday. Right near the popular Kings Beach boardwalk and not far from fishing spots and the Caloundra town centre. Open the windows and lay back in bed, take in the fantastic ocean views and listen to the sounds of the waves.

However, there is a lot more to this location than just the gorgeous scenery. Enjoy a BBQ, play a game of tennis on the 1/2 court or cool off in the pool.

Stroll down the hill to one of the easily accessible beaches, explore the rock pools at low tide or wander over to the Bulcock Beach shopping precinct.

Enjoy an invigorating walk along the boardwalk and explore the coastline, or for the keen fisherman, throw in a line. Take a walk to the Caloundra CBD for a bit of retail therapy with a number of shops and boutiques to choose from.

There are also many restaurants and cafes for you to enjoy here along the main street. Take in a movie at the Caloundra Cinema, or just a few minutes drive away, the Caloundra RSL, newly renovated and famous for it's entertainment and extensive menu. No need to look any further, this place has it all!

The lounge room consists of 6 seater lounge suite, free standing fan, heater, television, and DVD player. The dining room has a dining setting to suit the family. The kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cook top and full sized fridge/freezer.

The main bedroom consists of a queen bed and a built in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that can be made into a king bed, built in wardrobe, and a free standing fan.

The bathroom contains a vanity unit, shower over the bath and the separate toilet. The laundry consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

There is a large balcony off the lounge room, and a single lock up garage. The apartment is located on the 3rd level from the road side (4th level from the carpark) and has stair access.

Monterey Lodge Apartment 17
Good property, great views, great location. We stayed for 14 nights, and no Wi-Fi at the apartment was an issue. Otherwise very well appointed. Shower is over the bath, which might be an issue for elderly guests. Also has steep stairs and no elevator, so luggage needed to be carried up.
