Clean, safe, easy to get to, good price, friendly staff, continental breakfast. Room needs some things fixed. Ironpad hanging off, curtains off track, old greying white towels, pilled pillows, bathroom grout needs fixing.

Room was dirty, and smelled of something dead(rodent). 3 day stay no fresh towels or supplies replenished aka toilet paper etc. in the time we were there. I stayed here a few years ago and the service was great then and room was very clean, staffing issue perhaps……

Furniture not up to a good standard
Krysten (don’t remember spelling but she was on duty from 3 to 11pm). Was helpful recommended restaurants and what to do in Sudbury. I think that the hotel is a franchise of Wyndham but it certainly needs a good update. Carpets and furniture well used. I showed front desk a pic of chair in our room. He replied that maybe a dog or cat did this. However the manager should have had this removed a long time ago.

Rooms are outdated and smell of stale smoke. The towels are so thin you can see through them, breakfast consists of a waffle maker and cereal, no option for anything other than dairy should you choose to have cereal. Bed was unbelievable uncomfortable

The building has a very weird design, stairs and fire doors every few rooms, not great with luggde. Room looked nice and clean from afar. ALL vents were coated in think black dust, weird smell, bed sheets all looked to have blood stains on them, found used kellenex in drawns and used acholo wipes. Breakfast was a few bread options and waffles, no fruit.. Defintely not worth the money

The room's bathroom did not have any toilet paper and apparently the motel was having a toilet paper shortage. That would also explain why there was no facial tissue either. Staff was able to get me some toilet paper but this is a management problem.

there were no trollies to load and unload baggage to and from vehicles. no automatic door openings for handicap persons. breakfasts very little choices. would not stay here again or recommend it to others. sad, because the staff were trying their best to make a not so good place to stay bearable.

My only complaint...which i had to settle with because i was in a bind was that it is not disabled friendly I am laid up with a knee injury and it is nothing but stairs...even the main floor is a staggered 3 or 4 levels...the desk clerk suggested i go outside to a side door to get to my room easier...up an incline outside...and still had 6 stairs to go up to get to my room. Staff was great...beds were nice and comfy...and found it nice and quiet...breakfast was typical.....BUT ENOUGH WITH THE STAIRS Stairs stairs stairs...and no elevator The vending machines are on 2nd floor...

Have stayed here many times over 20 years. The facility is getting old and shows it. The fire doors in the hallways are very noisy, bad design. The landscaping is overgrown and looks bad.
