Poor for the money and location

Location fabulous on Lake Maggiore, check in staff great, bathroom smelled of sewage, bed was very uncomfortable, minibar was exhorbitant, breakfast very expensive. One member of reception staff extremely ignorant. This should be a superb hotel, let down by a few annoying details which should not happen.
