Unfortunately though the staff behind the front desks were kind and polite I cannot fault them - we had a rude waiter and bad experience
The food very expensive and not great quality, the steaks were not cooked how we asked, they forgot the steak knives with the steak and the steaks were very tough. The waiter seemed offended I didn’t eat my steak because it was rare and he continued to ignore or be passive aggressive the rest of time.
I think this hotel would be a lot better if they focused on hospitality and good food rather than trying to be trendy or expensive, for 3 nights and 2 rooms it cost me about £1000 thinking the pool would be free with the booking only to get there and it’s 9 euro per hour per person which I thought was ridiculous. The breakfast was quite frankly disgusting there were flies all over the pineapple and watermelon tray, the orange juice machine not working, the water tasted of chlorine and the bacon looked and tasted like it had been sat out all night and just reheated.
for the price I paid I’m disappointed, the beds were comfy and receptionist polite but sadly doesn’t makeup for the experience.
