Very disappointing. 1) no notice given that we couldn’t drive to the property, ended up driving around for 45 minutes trying to find an open road and then told we had to park a 15 minute walk away (should have received an email), 2) we called for an extra blanket and pillow and this $700 hotel room stayed “sorry, we are booked and we have no blankets or pillows, 3) at breakfast, they never brought us coffee after asking 3x, 4) asked concierge one question about finding a French baked good we liked and was treated with a “that’s not a good enough question for me”. All this and I’m a Marriott Titanium Elite member.

I keep seeing that this is a 5 star hotel, and no offense to them but it’s definitely not. It’s a decent autograph Marriott. I spent an exorbitant amount for a very tiny room, which I chalked up to it being a 5 star. But turns out I got absolutely gouged on the price because of the Christmas season. However my biggest problem is I left something behind and they won’t respond to let me know if they found it. And the pictures catfish ya a bit. If you look out your window and to the right it’s the bright neon sign of the cinema. Not quite as charming as the main photo. Oh and it’s directly above the tram line. This is good and bad I guess.

Some positives but some things must be fixed.
Hot water limited. Room temp not contollable. Paper thin walls with a screamer next door. Bed mattress/topper not properly affixed and not fixed when requested. On positive side, friendly staff, good concierge, clean, great location and room and bath were well appointed. Not enough to get me back there. Sorry.

Location of property was ideal. Rooms where comfortable and well Appointed. Although the windows were closed we had an issue with oder in the room coming from the restaurant below. We changed rooms the 2nd night of our stay. However since it was on the Same side of the restaurant the older still was present in the room.

Loved the property but not having parking was a bit of a challenge. Getting there so late 2:00 am and having to walk a 1/2 mile was kinda crazy. The staff was really sweet and helpful, but they do not respect the do not disturb.

Advertised as air conditioning and heating (on Hotels.com, their own website, and a phone call to confirm) but turns out that the hotel disabled air conditioning and refused to allow use. Hair in shower upon check-in. Overall, beautiful room but uncomfortable due to lack of air conditioning despite confirming availability of such when booking.
