Staff, mattresses, breakfast all wonderful. Unfortunately, our room was so small we could barely walk around each other. No outlet next to one side of bed but at many odd places like near the floor under a full length wall mirror and near window. I climbed under the bedside table to unplug the hotel phone to put in my adaptor and phone. I could barely squeeze between the wall and bed - and I am very size 6. Bathroom walls were all obscure glass so you could see the person shower and if you turned on the light at night the entire room was lit up. We were only there two nights so no point in making a fuss. Could have been a 4-5. Just a really uncomfortable room.

Great place to stay when visiting the Christmas markets. The hotel is centrally located. Include the breakfast, it was wonderful! The staff goes above and beyond. I highly recommend.

Amazing staff, great stay.
Hannong was INCREDIBLE. I arrived at about 11:30am and they had my room ready. Joanna at the front desk was extremely helpful, giving us great Christmas Market, restaurant, coffee, and tourism suggestions. The location was fantastic, fairly centrally located, less than a mile from everything with easy access to the tram and train station. There's a great wine bar on the ground floor, definitely worth checking out as well.

The property is very pretty our room in particular (junior suite) was very spacious and architecturally pleasing. The location was fabulous for purposes of shopping, Christmas markets and historical touring. the upgrade buffet breakfast could have been better. The café was quite crowded, the coffee machine was frequently having problems, The orange juice appeared to have come from a bottle and there was some chaos around the boiled eggs. The cheese selection and pastries were good though

This hotel was near the parking garage and they offered a discount. Just ask. This was very convenient to the central parts of Strasbourg. I liked that you could get decent wines and some snacks in the hotel without having to go back out again.

Very walkable distance to near locations. Rooms were clean but small and bathroom layout made no sense for us. There was a false fire alarm in the morning that woke us up. Receptionist were very friendly.
