I really enjoyed my stay except for 2 issues. Issue number 1. Our room had a portable AC with a hose attached to the window. Window was half open with duck tape holding the hose. Tape was not sticking to the window anymore making all the cold air come inside the room. It was freezing at night even with the portable heater being on. Also, we were looking forward to going inside the indoor pool and it was out of service. When I asked the clerk if they give some type of credit for next time for the pool being out of service she looked at me like I was crazy. Aside to this room was not bad at all.

It was ok...
Stayed 2 separate times. 1st night was great. 2nd night was just ok. They gave us a room that had a portable AC and it was really stuffy. Carpet seemed more worn in the 2nd room. The good thing is there are a lot of food options in the area.
