Amazing location, right next to the train station, close to shops and landmarks and super friendly staff. The only small bad thing was the internet. The internet connection was not great when you were in the room.

Great location straight from Arlanda Express, near a lot of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices. Staff was friedly and helpful. The reception area was great, with games and areas to seat and relax. We found the Icebar not worth it though, very pricey and overrated.

Staff were friendly, location good, good buffet breakfast. Bed was small which was fine because it was myself only but i wouldn't have classed it as a double. One night the air conditioning made a terrible noise and blasted cold air out for no apparent reason it was freezing.

The property is very accessible from the Arlanda airport thru the Arlanda Express and conveniently located near shopping corridors and fine dining establishments. Breakfast options and very friendly staff are the cherry on the Swedish cake!

The room is clean and spacious; bathroom is a decent size with bathtub and complete with amenities. It is just next to the Arlanda Express train station to airport. The staff are accommodating.

This was by far the smallest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling abroad so far. The condition of the room for the price I was paying was just OK. The one desk type furniture had a corner of the laminate coming off, the comforter had a tear in one of the corners and the bathroom doorway was pretty banged up. The shower stall was super tiny and I’m not a big person at all. The mattress was way soft and could probably use a changing. The rest of the hotel is super nice but I’ve stayed in better motel 6’s for the same price so not sure I’d stay here again unless I wanted to go for a bigger room. It is super close to the train station so paying for that convenience for sure. The smallest room with no window I’d give a 3/5.

Good Location
The hotel is in a good location. Near the central train station. Just around the corner to the metro and local trains. Walking distance to sights, shopping and restaurants. The largest breakfast spread that I have encountered with good food. Dedicated staff. I was leaving my room and the door squeaked as I opened it. A staff member who was walking by heard that and immediately took care of the squeak. Now that is great customer service.

Very good location, within walking distance of many sites and same block as train and bus station and ferries. Great breakfast set up, and quiet rooms. Not 'fancy' but perfect for those focused on the city and not the frills of a hotel room. Limited concierge service only drawback.

Clean, comfortable and very convenient hotel. The Airport Express train is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, with the Central Station only five minutes away. Easy walks to the old town district and other major attractions. Would definitely stay here again.
