The drive to the resort was very sketchy. Would definitely recommend renting a 4x4. We were given a room in building 11. Was hoping for an ocean view but not our luck. Wished there had been more dining options as the one restaurant on site was a little pricey for what they had to offer.

I love that the Staff in lobby were so Professional and KIND!! Service with a SMILE everytime. I also LOVED the guys who drive the carts. Such SWEET young men & very helpful too. However, I didn't like the Restaurant on the property 😕 The food was horrible and the staff RUDE!! PLEASE don't include the bar because the Bartenders were Amazing.

The Margaritaville restaurant on property service was terrible on multiple occasions, the staff wasn’t very attentive specifically if you are a person of a darker hue. Severely understaffed.
