The room was exceptionally clean. However I was more wary of too many steps around the hotel. There was no light on one particular area where the steps were, and I almost fell off the steps. Other than that , I really like the hotel and restaurant.

I liked the property being on a beautiful beach. I didn’t like the service at the restaurant. The property needs to get turkey products like bacon and sausage. Very limited menu. Clean the cobwebs.

This property is in desperate need of updating. In general the room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was difficult/impossible to keep the shower water temperature consistent. It would go from scalding hot to cool and back to hot. There were a lot of smokers on the property. It was difficult to sit on your balcony and the beach area without smelling smoke. The pool was unusable. Water was cloudy and debris in water. It is definitely not cleaned on the a regular basis. The bartender at the beach bar, Kat, was awesome.

They didn't clean our room. Went to the front desk to get it cleaned, and they handed me towels, a dust pan and a broom. I complained to the property manager in the morning and it was more of the same bs. The water coming out of the shower is either extremely hot or cold, no in between, don't let your kids take an unsupervised shower or your vacation will be ruined like mines was.

We arrived on a Sunday and ordered drinks and dinner. We asked for a clean rag to clean the table but the waiter must have forgot. It took about 45 minutes for our drinks that were served right before our dinner. The burger was partially raw. We went up and got a clean rag and cleaned our own table. There was a lot of litter around the outskirts of the property. The front desk staff was exceptional and helpful. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. The beach was clean. The water was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We felt safe.

We love the fact that we can walk right out on the beach. It’s just really in need of maintenance. Pool was disgusting. Grounds are grown up garbage cans on the beach we’re overflowing.

Enjoyed our stay! Ayanna at the front desk was a gem! She was very thorough and went over and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Mrs. Lisa was also sweet and very helpful as well. The staff members around the property were courteous and ensured they accommodated us with any needs we had. One of the ladies who kept our room clean was very sweet and had a such a sweet spirit. The employees there were nice , great cleaning , and very courteous . I will you could call in the food to pick up to your hotel . But the food was amazing . I like that they had a pool . And the beach was awesome
