Our overall experience was excellent. This was a repeat because of the great stay the first time. This trip was no difference. You have an incredible staff who are able to work amicable even under stressful conditions. We would appreciate it though if the restaurant would accept cash. Whatever the security issues are fix it so that your guests have alternative options.

The new addition of the great number of chairs on the beach and selling day passes to the beach to tourists is not good. The beach is always crowded and noisy and ot nearly as nice as it used to be.

The staff was excellent. Nick at the bar was great. The staff was limited and overworked. The property in building 2 room 2102 was horrible I saw a roach. Wood was warped, closet broke tub old and black at the bottom.The structure of the building was unsafe to be in. My facet to my tub shower feel off and which made the water run and had to be shut off. Then they thought we could stay in a room with no running water all night,, no toilet or nothing,,,nonono Leak from above property. Beach is not cleaned. Was lied to and told was put in a newly renovated room. Finally was moved to a new room on my last night. I was refund for a few dollars but it should have been free. I was told it was a budget friendly resort. I was told the are working on getting things fixed and they had not gotten to my room yet. My question was Why are you renting that room? I felt unsafe but they are working on things. I need to be. by chosen by Emerald Beach resort to do a test for free on thie newest renovation project. Hell I was already put in the worst room I guess they wanted a review on the worst rooms like survey for charge. Tv and Wi-Fi doesn’t work at the bar. The pool is beautiful. I have pictures but even feel like looking at them. 07/30/24 was my check out day. We stayed 5 days my Bestie and I. Oh and the ice machine on the first floor are broken we had to go to the bar for ice. Property is close to the airport.
