Walking distance to countless restaurants on historic Grand Boulevard. Just two miles from the Famous Hill Neighborhood with world class Italian dining. Uber to Ball Park Village and Busch Standium and Arch Grounds for just $20 (parking is $25). Four miles from Barnes Jewish and even closer to SLU. Two parking spots in rear with security cameras in front and back. Enjoy morning coffee/afternoon drink on one of the four porches or walk up to a pub on Morganford for Happy Hour and they will golf cart you home. End the day with a fire and smores in the back yard, a long hot bubble bath in the European soaking tub or watch a movie on the 68" OLED TV with soundbar.
