Dear Neil, Thank you for choosing to stay here with us at the Super 8. We are pleased to see you had a good stay and we apologize for the smell in the first room you had. We have noticed when people who do smoke and have rented a non-smoking room they tend to leave the smoke smell behind in the room, we will put forward our best efforts to see that this does not happen again.
