It was ok. They needed to take the money we paid and fix things. Shower, tv, hairdryer and very humid in the room. Also add FREE breakfast please. Be nice if the had parking garage. Also ice machines were broken on half of the floors.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and adequate. The hotel appeared to be older . Ice machines and vending machines did not work. Had to go to front desk to get ice. Breakfast was good ,nothing special but i had paid when i booked the room. Otherwise i would not have paid the price they wanted at the hotel.

Pool water was extremely cold , although the kids had fun the temperature made it hard to enjoy especially since it was indoor. Parking really was a headache and all the construction/ renovation. Bathroom in room could have been more cleaned. Only ice machine worked was 4th floor and the vending machines only had diet soda. The breakfast was good it’s just that my family thought that it would look like the pictures they have on the website. It wasn’t so that was disappointing but Overall my family and I loved the room/ stay 🙂 & front desk women was nice.

Customer service front desk started off good, but then there was other issues going on. The guy at the front desk wanted to charge me again for my room which I paid when I booked the room, also after I got to my room they gave someone else my room. Then later on that night when I came back to go to my room the key didn't work. I had to go back down to the lobby to get that fix. They also was noise going on all night in my room. The bathroom sink faucet was loose.
