Mixed reviews. Upon arrival the front desk person had a very MEH demeanor and when I came back to ask her for a new room because the TV didn't work, she informed me that you have to unplug and replug the TV. She reluctantly asked if I wanted her to come and do it and I said no (clearly she didnt want to). IF YOUR HOTEL'S EQUIPMENT DOESN'T WORK TO THE POINT THAT YOU KNOW THE IDIOSYNCRASIES AND HOW TO GET IT TO WORK, JUST REPLACE IT! Telling a guest basically, "Oh you just have to slap the back of it 5 times, and then it'll work " is not a good look. It wasnt exactly easy to do since the plug was behind a very heavy piece of furniture and it was difficult to get it unplugged. Also, when I arrived it was late. The front door was locked and I had to buzz them and tell them the name on my rezy in order to enter the hotel. That was sign it wasnt a great neighborhood. Fortunately it was only a one night stay so it did the job but I wouldnt stay there again more than likely.
