Hotel was very comfortable , nice room , excellent housekeeping with partial view from the balcony but as it was an upgrade can’t complain 😀 Breakfast was very tasty and logistically simple , had the luxury that the tea and toast was delivered to your table so minimal foraging at the buffet. All staff were very helpful . Lots of nice bars although Not all open, used the zephyr Cafe which was a nice semi out doors space to sit and have a drink. Hotel location great to get to the bus station (would not hire a car as I did on a previous visit) also easy walk to get to Restuarant’s and bars .

Good location, convienient for shops, restaurants and buses. We could not get an internet signal in the room, (fourth floor, front of hotel), staff promised to look into it but nothing changed. Basic room service, no clean towels one day, ( took about an hour for clean towels to come despite being told they would be there immediately). Stained carpets in the room but overall fairly clean. Reception tried to charge additional drinks at checkout despite us not using the minibar and paying for all drinks in the bar, hopefully a genuine error.

This property could so easily be top rated, but it let's itself down with cleanliness issues. This was experienced in both rooms I was allocated, having been moved hours after checking in. Reception staff gave apologies, but they didn’t seem genuine and there was no follow up to issues experienced. On check out, I wasn't asked anything about my stay, so this confirmed to me their non-interest of shoddy housekeeping issues, that were completely avoidable.

Hotel great position ,appreciated the balcony .Very clean facilities good, good breakfast. Paid £360 per night for the Platinum room The bed is a large double & we thought it would be ok but actually it wasn’t ,yet the room is easily large enough for a superking) The air con underfloor heating in bathroom couldn’t be regulated in our room as it should have been & in 27 degree heat was uncomfortable the heated bathroom floor seemed to stay on! We reported the issue & apparently the aircon was faulty. We managed ok & that’s why we reduced the stars to 3 out of 5

Expensive room but shower very small. Bed and pillows very soft and not good for the back. food lovely but expensive. Location ideal and staff very good. More fruit choice at breakfast would be welcome but service very quick and efficent.

The hotel is very close to the bus station, and beside the marina. It is very clean, staff are very friendly. Breakfast is lovely, plenty of choice. The only problem we had was the music from the bar, on the Friday night kept us awake til the early hours, but we were staying In the newer side of the hotel. This is our second visit and we would definitely stay again.

A well located typical coastal hotel. Stayed in old part but new wing is better. I hate not being able to open windows. Bar staff very poor, reasonable buffet breakfast. Good for walking around the harbour and easy reach of some restaurants

A lovely comfortable room, courteous staff and tasty breakfasts. The main disappointment was the lack of heating in the Spa - cold jacuzzi, no steam rooms available for the duration of our week’s stay. Such a pity as we chose this hotel for its Spa facilities!
