Grand jersey is not a five star hotel Rooms and bathrooms are really small The AC did not work in the first room. I was offered a second room, the shower screen did not fit and the water did not drain Maintenance entered my room without even giving me a chance to open the door. It’s not a hotel I would recommend to family or friends

What a wonderful hotel. We receievd a warm and friendly welcome. Check in was fast and wfficoent and we got some grway recommendations of places to visit and thinhs to do in the area. We enjoyed the Champagne Bar with tremendous vuews across the nay to Elizabether Castle which we also have from out very comfortable room on the third floor. Everythjng is so walkable here. We had dinner in the hotel which was lovely. The service is notbaly good with everyone so warm and focused on delivering a great experience. I will be back for sure.

The Grand provides outstanding service in all areas. All the staff are excellent, providing a high standard of friendly, efficient service. Our room was to a high standard with a fine sea.view. The spa facilities are very good and the breakfast superb, offering and extensive array of buffet dishes as well as 'cook to order' and lighter options. Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly use again.

Really loved our stay at the Grand. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa and pool was excellent and the breakfasts were amazing. Location was fantastic with everything within walking distance or a bus ride from the bus station down the road.

The weather was not good but there was so much to do in the hotel what with gym, swimming and treatments. Also the choice of food in the lovely bar is so nice. My wife and I enjoyed every minute we were there. Every member of staff was a joy to encounter. So next time we’re in Jersey I know where we’ll be going.
