Just a wonderful long weekend. We will definitely be back next year. Rooms nice and clean, great showers, amazing breakfast. Fabulous bar area, and access to pool and steam room. Just all round great weekend!

Beautiful, charming and delightful hotel. Lovely helpful attentive staff. For us wonderfully quiet in a wet and windy November short break. Super beach in front of hotel. Used spa which is good too. Ate in restaurant on 2nd night and it was delicious - both traditional and contemporary quality food. Recommended for couples wanting a discerning break.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly they were also most polite. The breakfast and dining options were plentiful and all food was well cooked and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location right opposite the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff in all departments. We were really made to feel welcome. Excellent buffet breakfast that also offered al la carte options. We had a really wonderful stay and is on our list for a revisit.

Lovely hotel. Our second stay. Our room needed painting as lots of marks on the walls but they r in the middle of painting the rooms. Would recommend this hotel as one of the best in Jersey. Views from the front are amazing and even the views.from the garden rooms is.lovely to.as the gardens are fabulous. Cant wait to return.

We arrived at the hotel at midday our room was not ready which was ok three o'clock was check in. we asked every hour for an up date, not yet ready this was getting annoying knowing someone was waiting but no sort of increased urgency. at almost 15.45 our room was announced to be ready when picking up our key a lady at the desk was there changing rooms from the one we were allocated she told us the noise from a family upstairs was Appalling, on entering our room it was obvious it hadn't be serviced by house keeping properly odd pillow cases not the standard we received on our last visit. outside on the balcony sitting on the chairs provided the sight of toilet waist pipes Running alongside our seats & the noise of waist passing us was Disgusting even the balcony seats had odd cushions

Beautiful location. Only stayed one night, but ate in the restaurant, and it was really nice. Also enjoyed a drink in the bar, which has the most spectacular views. The room was a little noisy as there was a wedding reception taking place.
