Needs a deep cleaning, the carpets were so bad I put towels down to walk on. The wall A/C unit had 1 setting and thats what was on when I arrived. The filter was filthy and the bathroom ceilings vent was just as bad. The odor of room was like mildew, dirty feet and pets. The carpets in the stairwell should be replaced last yr, I took stairwell do to long wait for elevator. I think only hotel had 3 floors, I was on floor 2 & had romper room on 3rd floor above me going on at 10:30pm. I went down to the desk and asked them to please address the problem. Finally at 11:05 rompers finally kept it down to a minimal. The staff was curtious and breakfest was ok. I will not be back...

It was a quick stay for me but regardless it was great. I got the rest I needed, plus a nice little hot breakfast before hitting the road. The gentleman that checked me in was a pleasure and very informative. He recommeded that I go and check out the Butterfly Palace and it was as awesome as he said it was. It was a 45 min detour for me but well worth it. Rooms were very clean, and as a single woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. Couldn't have asked for more.
