I only stayed for the bed at night and breakfast in the morning, both were fine for me. I was more amazed at how the heat/cool unit in the wall was pretty quiet. Most places are a bit noisy, I appreciated that.

Loved the property… close by but quiet and secure. We were in town for a wedding and everything we needed was close by. Including a huge variety of restaurants and stores this is a wonderful location to stay in Springfield, whether you’re traveling on business or pleasure.

I do not recommend this place. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and quality of the room. The check in was fine. The room was very dirty. There were stains on the pillow, hair on the comforter and sheet, it did not smell clean and the toilet bowl backed up. I had to ask for clean bed wear and unclog the bathroom myself. It definitely was not worth the price I paid for one night. Also, Comfort Inn denied giving me half a refund of what paid. So much for valuing a customer. l will not be staying at any Comfort Inn ever again.

My husband has been telling me not to continue to stay here but i felt the hotel suited our needs. After this trip we will not be customers. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom and trash on the floor in the room. Room was missing the full length mirror and minor wall repairs needed to be made.
