Building is nice but carpet and corners are dusty and inside the room smells pet pee. we ask if we can move to another room but they say don’t don’t have available on the main level, but they have available that for show room only may be? We ask for rooms which is not a pet friendly my wife has allergies with pet hairs they say no available. Staff is great I. The evening and morning very accommodating even though she is very busy. She finds time. To help us thank you

There are regularly active train tracks close to the hotel, when I say active, I mean all night long. It sounds funny but I can live with the trains running at all hours. What I cannot abide is that during the day while we were away from our room someone (someone with a keycard) entered our room, used the bathroom (left evidence of using the restroom) and then went through our belongings. My wife keeps her things very orderly and repacks her travel bags every day, so she knows exactly how they are packed.

Great location and free EV charging across street
Very good location right in downtown core. We got free parking for the 2 nights stay and we could use the free EV charging stations across from the street. The hotel is right next to the elevated train tracks which are busy with trains 24 hours. Best to bring earplugs! The breakfast is self serve. There were only 3 bottles of milk on 1st day. No fruit, would be nice to have some oranges. Walking distance to the mall and the park(the Expo 74 site).

right next to the freight train line with trains running all through the night!! Dodgy area at night. It is a renovated motel, not a hotel. Exhorbitant charge for dogs.

I got back from the show late and was pretty hungry (missed dinner), went to the lobby and was told no restaurants would be open, so the desk guy went and got me a JD breakfast sandwich (from next morning's guest breakfasts) and let me have one. Above and beyond matters, made my day.

The room smelled like stale urine so bad. It was unbearable. The pillows were gross and the pillowcases didnt fit properly so you could see stains in the pillows. The train wasnt super loud. Lots of unhoused individuals loitering around. Definitely wouldnt stay again.
