We used to love this hotel. Idk what happened but apparently all good things must come to an end. They have changed their pillows, (theyre small tiny brincks that dont even fit the bed, more like throw pillows) the rooms aren't as clean. I checked in and they didnt even tell me they gave me an accessible room. Which we didnt need or want. The water was incredibly hard, my skin was so dry when we left i had to dbl up on lotion for my hands and moisturizer. They also used to have the best breakfast out of the hotels in the area and it was HORRIBLE. The coffee was just as bad too. Unfortunately, we wont be returning. Which is sad, for years we loved coming here. Theres just no draw to it now.

We stopped here for a night while traveling cross country and the staff was very nice. The rooms were large and clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I was hoping for at least a vending area but there was ice only. I’m not sure if there was ice since I didn’t need any. I did not appreciate the additional $50 fee for “possible damage” and was not told ahead of time. Otherwise the place was nice even though it was more than I could afford to pay but needed transportation from the southshore line and I did appreciate that and only needed one night.
