Nous étions dans la partie « Suites », l’emplacement génial et un calme monumental. Les chambres étaient biens, nous avions demandé un lit double et avons eu deux lits simple … en demi-pension, les repas étaient copieux. Je n’ai également pas énormément apprécié le faite qu’on vienne me demander de partir des transats sans même expliquer pourquoi. J’ai été appelé mon conjoint car je ne parle pas anglais contrairement à lui et la collaboratrice de l’hôtel est partie … c’est le soir qu’elle s’est adressé à lui en expliquant qu’on doit dépenser plus de 30 euros par jour sans taxe de séjour comprise pour utiliser les transats. A savoir, nous les avions déjà largement dépassé … mais elle s’est excusée quand même ! Geste appréciable. Hormis ces détails, l’emplacement est top, la piscine impeccable et facile pour les touristes.

Chère Cindy,Nous sommes très heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour au Marins Playa Suites. Je voudrais juste clarifier le *sujet* avec les lits balinais. Nous en avons quelques-uns qui sont gratuits et d'autres qui peuvent être réservés avec un crédit minimum de 25 par lit, que vous pouvez dépenser en nourriture ou en boisson. Je suis vraiment désolée que mon collègue du bar n'ait pas été en mesure de vous expliquer cela.Nous nous en excusons.Veuillez me contacter la prochaine fois, car je parle français et je peux vous aider ou vous expliquer l'hôtel.Merci beaucoup et à la prochaine fois.Tania NikolovaReservations department

Ein "adults only" Hotel, welches trotzdem Kinder beherbergt. Am Morgenessen wird einem der Teller weggenommen, obwohl noch essen drauf ist und eine Halbestunde bevor das Buffet schliesst, steht die gesamte Besatzung in Reih und Glied und grimmt die Hotelgäste an. Zimmerservice ist katastrophal. Wir hatten 2 Tage ein falsches Zimmer, bis wir das richtige Zimmer erhalten hatten. Unsere Badmäntel hatten Lippenstift-Spuren, wir hatten diese jeden Tag auf den Boden gelegt, damit diese gewechselt werden, doch die Putzfrauen hatten den Bademantel (trotz grosszügigem Trinkgeld) immer wieder aufgehängt.

Diese haben wir jetzt wieder eingestellt, sodass Gäste aus Marins Playa nicht mehr in Marins Playa Suites gehen können. Sollten Sie das früher bei uns gemeldet haben, könnten wir das schon vorher regeln. Für die dadurch entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten möchten wir uns ausdrücklich bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Ihre Meinung ist von wesentlicher Bedeutung, damit wir uns weiter verbessern können. Mit freundlichen Grüssen,

Wir waren im Oktober für 12 Tage in diesem Hotel und können es sehr empfehlen! Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr nett! Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen! Ab 23 Uhr war es im Hotel und ringsherum Ruhe! Perfekt!

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage leider mit paar Makel. Pool Anlage mit Taubenkot verschmutz, müsste man vielleicht öfters reinigen. Samstag und Sonntag wurde der Pool garnicht gereinigt. Auf Abendessen in Schwester Hotel kann verzichtet werden, viel fettes Schweine Fleisch und TK Fisch. In 2 Wochen kein einziges mal frischen Fisch gegessen. Bei "Adult Only" ist man auch nicht so genau. Bucht man das Hotel nich direkt über die Hotelhompage, bekommt man nur die Zimmer in den unteren Etagen. Positiv: sehr gutes und Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Getränke und Snacks an der Bar preiswert und sehr gut.

Das Essen war sehr fein viel Wahl, frisch hat gut geschmeckt und die ambiance war toll. Personal sehr freundlich und vorbereitet Zimmer gemütlich bequem hat nichts gefällt Meeresblick ist am herzlichsten gewesen Keine negative Rückmeldungen
